Forum Upgrade

I have upgraded Vanilla (the forum software) to the most recent version and changed the theme since the old one was broken with the new Vanilla. If you had custom notification preferences on the site, you may want to check those since I think the notification system was modified a bit. Let me know if you notice any issues.

    I'm here infrequently enough that if I had custom settings I would not remember them!
